Last October 2022, the SIAL Paris - the must-attend venue about the latest and future developments in the food sector, invited Matthieu Hug, our cofounder, to talk about food traceability. Through concrete examples of brand engagement in the food sector in France, China and elsewhere, Matthieu described how increased control over supply chain operations, transparency and end-to-end traceability have become crucial to the industry. He also explained the role technology can play, and in particular blockchain, in meeting the challenge of trust in the food traceability.
